All bookings can be made via our online booking page. We require people to book ahead, as we cannot guarantee walk-in availability. Sundays and public holidays require a minimum 4 player booking - please note that if you choose 2 or 3 players during these days, the total price will be amended for that of a 4 player team.

+ DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes! Just head here. You chose the gift amount and the recipients can chose a date and time to suit them!

+ HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?

All of our games can accommodate 2-8 people per game. Sundays and public holidays require a minimum 4 player booking. Please note that if you choose 2 or 3 players during these days, the total price will be amended for that of a 4 player team.

+ WHO WOULD LIKE THESE GAMES?

Absolutely anyone. Escape rooms are popular with groups of friends, colleagues, hens/bucks parties, birthday parties and even marriage proposals! You don't need to be a puzzle/maths/spelling whiz, just someone who enjoys doing something unique and fun. All the answers are in the room and no prior knowledge is required.

+ ARE YOUR GAMES GOOD FOR TEAM BUILDING EXERCISES?

Absolutely! We have made our games specifically so that group members must work together - as a team - to solve the puzzles and escape.

+ WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP - CAN WE BOOK 2 GAMES AT THE SAME TIME?

If you have a large group (exceeding 8 players) and would like to split into groups to play our games at the same time, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you!

+ WHAT IF I CAN'T SOLVE A CLUE?

A staff member will be monitoring you at all times via our in-room cameras and audio. They can assist you at any stage with hints and to steer you in the right direction.

+ WILL I REALLY BE LOCKED IN?

No, there will always be an unlocked door for you to leave through at any stage. Just note: If you do leave the game, the countdown clock does not stop as we need to maintain our booking schedule. So maybe consider "powdering your nose" before the game begins.

+ HOW LONG IS A GAME?

There is a 10 minute introduction, then the game itself takes 60 mins. Afterwards we can have a short debrief and team photos can be taken. Please allow 90mins for the whole experience. Please arrive on time as it may affect your total game time.

+ IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Anyone 15 years or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the game. Espionage, The Marlowe Hotel, and La Rébellion are suitable for all ages (with an adult present).

We recommend The Cabin for 12 years+ due to the creepy atmosphere, and Mr Pepper's Toy Shop for 16 years+ for the creepy imagery and jump scares, but we respect parental discretion. * Children 4 years and younger play free!

+ ARE THE GAMES SCARY?

ESPIONAGE and THE MARLOWE HOTEL have no scary content whatsoever - so are both perfect for families. THE CABIN has some creepy imagery and atmosphere, but no jump scares. MR PEPPER'S TOY SHOP is a creepy game with jump scares and we recommend it for 16 years and older. LA RÉBELLION is fine for families, but does have some loud noises so parental descretion is advised.

+ ARE YOUR GAMES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS?

All of our games are wheelchair accessible! However, the bathrooms at both venues are not. Please email us before your game to let us know if a member of your team has any special requirements.

Upon request, we can provide additional seating for those that have mobility issues. And if you are colour blind, we recommend playing The Marlowe Hotel - as it has no colour puzzles in it (the game is entirely black, grey and white).

+ WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Just your wits! Your belongings - including mobile phones - will be placed in a secure locker before the game commences - and to which you will have the key.

+ HOW MANY GAMES DO YOU HAVE?

We currently have five games - ESPIONAGE, THE CABIN THE MARLOWE HOTEL, MR PEPPER'S TOY SHOP and LA REBELLION!

+ WE HAVE MORE/LESS PEOPLE THAN WHEN WE BOOKED. DO WE NEED TO NOTIFY YOU?

There's no need to rebook or contact us. As long as you don't exceed the maximum number (or go under the minimum number) of people permitted for each room, you can just pay the difference.
